Please note that there is a safety issue with the upholstered dining and office chairs that have been delivered prior to 21st of March 2023 as these products have not passed the fire safety test BS 5852 and are hence not in line with the requirements of The Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988.

These products are prone to setting on fire due to accidental exposure to flame (eg. from a lit cigarette) and as such, they are posing a danger to your home.

Over the course of our recall procedure, we will provide you with a tested, properly certified and safe replacement seat completely free of charge. Replacing the seat is a smooth and easy process closely matching the assembly of the product you are already familiar with.

With the new seat delivered, you will be able to dispose of the unsafe old seat as a part of the general waste.
